Dr Anna Olsson-Brown, medical oncology registrar at The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, has written for the BMJ on the importance of quality improvement and how it can benefit patients.
In the piece, Dr Olsson-Brown stresses the importance of teamwork and the “implementation of small yet tangible chances and frequent evaluation” in projects.
She also highlights the importance of the management team and the education of the people involved in the delivery of the project.
