The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is proud to support a new opportunity for an Academic Clinical Fellowship (ACF) within Medical Oncology, in conjunction with the University of Liverpool.
The post is within Medical Oncology with a research theme of Platform Science (‘omics’) and Bioinformatics.
Candidates at ST1 or ST2 level or above are encouraged to apply in this round of recruitment.
This is a rare opportunity for a National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) academic post for up to three years. The ACFs will have 25% protected research time during their fellowship to undertake preliminary work with the aim of acquiring experience and research to provide the basis of a strong application for a research fellowship or clinical lectureship post.
Training will take place in hospitals in the Mersey training programme, including The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
