We are one of the largest cancer centres in the UK, treating more than 30,000 patients each year. To make access to our services and expert staff as easy as possible for our patients, we have chemotherapy and outpatient clinics in other hospitals across Cheshire & Merseyside as well as on our own sites. We also see patients on the Isle of Man.
Our specialist Chemotherapy nursing team delivers outpatient chemotherapy treatments to our patients at seven other clinics within local hospitals across the region:
Countess of Chester Hospital
Nursing teams from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre deliver chemotherapy treatments for breast, bowel, lung and prostate cancer patients in the Haematology/ Oncology suite at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
Southport Hospital
Nursing teams from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre deliver chemotherapy treatments for breast, bowel and lung cancer patients at Southport Hospital in the ground floor Medical Day Unit.
Halton General Hospital
The CANtreat chemotherapy centre at Halton General Hospital is run by a team of specialist chemotherapy nurses from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, providing treatments for lung, breast, lymphoma, bowel, urology and prostate cancer patients.
The Marina Dalglish Centre
Based at Aintree University Hospitals the state-of-the-art Marina Dalglish Centre, run by Clatterbridge’s chemotherapy teams, provides consulting, treatment, and complementary therapy areas for cancer patients.
Broadgreen Hospital
Nursing teams from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre deliver chemotherapy treatments for lung, prostate and urology cancer patients at Broadgreen Hospital in ward 9 of the Alexandra wing of the hospital.
The Liverpool Women's Hospital
The chemotherapy clinic held at The Liverpool Women’s Hospital is run by a team of specialist chemotherapy nurses from The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre offering chemotherapy for gynaecology cancer from our nursing teams in a dedicated unit – the Rosemary Ward - on the second floor of the hospital.
