Having cancer means you might be entitled to welfare benefits or other support to help with any extra costs – for example, if you have to give up work.
We provide a comprehensive welfare benefits advice service to support all patients being treated by The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.
What we do
We have a team of experienced Macmillan welfare benefits advisors covering our three main sites: Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Aintree, Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Liverpool and Clatterbridge Cancer Centre – Wirral.
We can help you to understand any benefits that you may be entitled to claim including disability benefits, Blue Badges and grants.
Our team
We are made up of a team of advisors who have been specialising in cancer-related welfare benefits for over 10 years.
We understand that applying for benefits while you are having treatment can be a daunting process. We have a wealth of knowledge about supporting applications for benefits while having cancer treatment.
