Terms and Conditions and Prizes:
Participation in this raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket. There are no restrictions to the number of entries one person can make. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or cash. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
CAF or other Charity Vouchers cannot be accepted as payment for raffle tickets, any received will be treated as donations.
The Clatterbridge Christmas Raffle 2017 is open to residents of mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland only (this excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands) Employees of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity and members of their households, are ineligible to enter this raffle.
Prizes: 1st prize: £1,000. 2nd prize: £250. 3rd prize: £50. There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable.
Not for sale to anyone under 16 years of age. Any money received after 24 January 2018 will be treated as a donation to The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Winners' names, photos and comments may be used to promote future draws, with permission.
The closing date of the raffle is Wednesday 24 January 2018. The first prize-winner will be the first entry randomly selected in a live draw on Wednesday 31 January 2018.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost, delayed, or damaged in the post and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity accepts no responsibility if chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone no later than 3 weeks after the draw date. A list of winners will also be published on the The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity website within 3 weeks of the draw date. Please keep the ticket number as proof of purchase. Where The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following the charity's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, the charity may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles. The charity reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. The result of the Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
