As we are a member of the National Free Wills Network we are able to offer you the opportunity to have your Will written, completely free of charge, by a solicitor local to you. This service only covers simple Wills, simple mirror Wills or updates, if your estate is more complex and needs additional legal advice you may have to pay additional costs, your solicitor should talk to you about this in advance of your appointment.
There is no obligation to leave us a gift if you decide to use this service, we know your loved ones come first when writing a Will and we won’t put you under any pressure to do so. How to get started
The first thing we need from you is your name and address, by filling out the below contact form means we can get your pack out to you in the post. If you would prefer this to be sent out by email then please let us know.
*We will pass your details onto the National Free Wills Network, who will send you a pack detailing your local participating solicitors. The pack will include a confidential declaration form that you will need to take with you to your appointment.
You will then need to select a solicitor from the list in your pack and contact them directly to make an appointment. Remember to mention that you are using National Free Wills Network service.
You have your appointment with your chosen solicitor who will write your Will.
*Please be aware that if you choose to take up the free Will writing service, we will need to share your details with the National Free Wills Network who run the service and who will only contact you about making a Will for free.
