Terms and Conditions and Prizes:
Participation in this raffle costs £5 per raffle ticket. There are no restrictions to the number of entries one person can make. Payment for participation in the raffle can be made by cheque payable to The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, credit/debit card, PayPal or cash. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity cannot accept CAF payments for raffle tickets and all CAF payments will be treated as donations.
Movies At The Manor Raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland only except agencies and other companies having any connection with the production of the raffle, as well as relatives of such persons. Employees of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, and members of their households, are ineligible to enter this raffle. Any tickets bought in the name of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity employees or members of their households will be rejected from the draw and considered as donations to The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

2nd prize: Cinema treat hamper
3rd prize: Cinema treat hamper
There are no alternatives to any prize, and no interest will be payable.
Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 16 years of age. Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Winners' names, photos and comments may be used to promote future draws.
The closing date of the raffle is Saturday 22 August 2020. The first prize-winner will be the first entry randomly selected in a live draw on Monday 24 August 2020.

The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity accepts no responsibility for raffle tickets which are lost, damaged, illegible, or from which the prize-winner cannot be identified, or for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost, delayed, or damaged in the post and proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity accepts no responsibility if chosen method of payment is cancelled in error.
Winners will be notified by post, email or telephone no later than 3 weeks after the draw date. A list of winners will also be published on The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity website within 3 weeks of the draw date. Please keep your booking reference as proof of purchase. Where The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for six months following The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity may apply the prize as it sees fit, including by re-offering the prize in future raffles. The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion. The result of the Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
