The Clatterbridge Accumulator Challenge

The Clatterbridge Accumulator Challenge is back for its fourth year!

In February 2019, you’ll compete against teams from across the North West as you battle to become the Clatterbridge Accumulator Challenge Champion of 2019.

We’re challenging you to raise as much as possible in one month. We’ll give you £100 to get you started, and plenty of ideas and support along the way.

How does it work?

As long as your fundraising activities are safe and legal, you can be as creative as you want to be! From leg waxing to sky-diving, cake baking to walking 10,000 steps per day, we’ll be on hand to offer you all the ideas and support you need. You’ll be invited to our launch event, we’ll celebrate your achievements at the end, and our monthly league table will keep the competition fierce and fun!

Why join in?

The challenge is perfect for team building, boosting staff morale, and generating positive PR for your company. But, most importantly, you’ll be helping us to transform cancer care for future generations.

The money you raise will help to fund the Relatives' Accommodation in our new cancer hospital (due to open in 2020), which will be adjacent to the teenage and young adult unit. It will be a home from home space, just seconds from the bedside of a loved one, who is being treated.

Your team's donations will be a wonderful gift from you to our most unwell patients and their families from right across the region.

Sign up today by returning the attached registration form to elspeth.wilson@nhs.net and jayne.moran2@nhs.net or call us on 0151 556 5566.

‘It was a brilliant challenge to be part of, and we were overwhelmed by the support from our staff who had already taken part in so much fundraising this year. It was a tiring, fun, rewarding and fantastic way of supporting an amazing charity’
