As part of your time with Clatterbridge, to make it easier for you, please find on this website everything that you will need for you and your guests ahead of Friday 23 June 2023.
In 2022 we raised a staggering £172,000 to help the incredible work of The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, and for 2023 we are set for a fantastic summer evening together as we continue to support the work of Clatterbridge Cancer Charity.

Guest Names and Dietary Requirments
Please submit below your guest names and their dietary requirements. Please only complete the number of fields that apply to your table (e.g. 10 guests, please leave guests 11 and 12 blank). For dietary requirements, should there be none, please simply include the guest name only. For any changes to submitted guest names and requirements, please e-mail mark.parkinson1@nhs.net with your changes.

The money raised is a huge boost to the Charity’s Innovations In Care fund. Katrina Bury, Head of The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity, said; “It was so good to see the return of our Charity Ball. The atmosphere in the room was incredible and we are blown away by the wonderful support from everyone who attended.
“The total raised on the night is absolutely amazing and will mean so much to local people with cancer and their families. Thank you to our hosts for the evening, especially Peter for making the 5,000 mile journey to support us.
“A special mention must also go to our Ball Committee; who as always have been extremely generous, the work they put into the Midsummer Ball was invaluable to its success.”
