*Clatterbridge will do all they can to ensure that you abseil alongside your chosen fellow participants where possible / if applicable.

Are you a member of staff at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre?*
Do you have any existing medical conditions which might impair your ability to undertake the abseil? This question includes asthma, diabetes, epilepsy etc. and if you are, or think you might be pregnant*

Under 18s Abseiling

Participants aged 16/17yrs MUST be accompanied by a responsible person aged of 18yrs+. Please include the information of the person who will be attending with you if you are under 18. We reserve the right to request photo identification and/or proof of age from participants at any point. Failure to comply may result in being withdrawn from the event.

Sponsorship & Participation
We kindly request that you commit to setting up a JustGiving page and commit to raising a minimum of £150 (£250 for a team of 2) to take part in ‘The Clattebridge Abseil’
