Get ready for a fantastic new event for 2022 - The Big Brutal Swim is back for another year. Held in the stunning Llyn Padarn, and known for being the sixth deepest lake in Wales The Big Brutal Swim is a friendly, relaxed swimming event for new and experienced swimmers alike.
There are three distances to choose from, from a short but fast 2.5k to an even more challenging 10k open water swim this is an event you won't want to miss. Trophies will also be awarded to the 1st male and female in all three races so get ready - it's time to suit up and swim for Clatterbridge!

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.
