Skydive for Clatterbridge

Take on the ultimate adrenaline challenge and support The Clatterbridge Cancer Charity!

Over the years, our supporters have taken the plunge, skydiving 15,000ft and have raised over £264,000 in the process! It's the most exhilarating experience you'll take part in, so whether it's on your bucket list or you just want to do something different, our Skydive Sunday will be something you'll never forget.

"I was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma in February 2015 at the age of 20. After numerous operations I had 6 weeks of radiotherapy at Clatterbridge and their support during and in the years after has been invaluable. I have roped my best friend, India, into taking part in Skydive Sunday 2020 to raise vital funds to help support more people on their cancer journey"

Lauren McFerran, Skydive Sunday Participant

Why We Need Your Help

By taking part in Skydive Sunday, you are helping us to deliver pioneering cancer care to patients throughout our region. 1 in 2 of us will be affected by cancer, but with your help we can be at the forefront of cancer treatments, and we can fund vital research, the latest therapies, and innovations in cancer treatment.

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.

Will you join Team Clatterbridge and make a difference to those with cancer in our region today?

Our Fairy Appeal is a special celebration for our patients, their loved ones, our supporters and staff. A time to celebrate those dear to us while supporting the amazing work of The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre.

Throughout December hundreds of fairies, designed by world-renowned artist Emma Rodgers, will be displayed at our centres in Liverpool, Wirral and Aintree, each one representing someone special. For every donation to the Fairy Appeal, we will place a symbolic Fairy on one of our trees.
