Waves Mud and Mountains is back - following a superb turnout for the winter edition in November 2019, the popular multi terrain obstacle race will be back to push you to your limits once again.
This challenging circuit will pit you against the legendary natural elements of the Conwy Valley. 8.5km might not sound very far, but this course is intense and will test your stamina, your agility and your mental strength to the max!

We are so often told that The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre is unlike any other hospital. The Charity has funded a range of projects which help to to make Clatterbridge a place that stays in people’s hearts, including bringing cancer treatment closer to patients’ homes and breaking boundaries by becoming the first in the UK to offer a number of treatments.
