The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 took effect on 1 April 2017, this means that NHS employers are required to publish certain information on trade union officials and facility time on their website.
Trade Union representatives undertake a variety of roles within CCC and in order to be effective they need to have reasonable paid time off from their normal role to undertake their duties.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHS Foundation Trust are committed to this and have signed the Facilities Time Paper with effect from 1st March 2017. You can access a copy of the Trusts facilities time agreement here
