Entries for The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre Staff Excellence Awards 2022 closed on 5th September 2022. The winners were announced at our staff awards ceremony on 14th October 2022.

The following guidance is designed to make the nomination process as clear and fair as possible. It explains the rules around nominating and the judging process.
Who can nominate?
- People working at CCC
- Patients & others who use our services
- Relatives/carers of people who use our services
- Trust Governors & Members?
How many nominations can be made?
There is no limit to the number of nominations you can make.
Multiple entries for the same individual or team will be combined and scored as a single entry.
How to nominate an individual or team
Nominations can only be made using the Staff Awards nomination form and must be fully completed.
Submit a separate nomination form for each entry. (Each form allows you to nominate one individual/team for one award category.)
Nominations received after the closing date will not be considered.
Nominators have the right to remain anonymous (i.e. their names will not be disclosed to the person they are nominating) if they so choose. Please make it clear when completing the nomination form if you do not wish your nominee to know you have nominated them.
The Judging Panel process
Each award category will have a separate judging panel, which will consist of:
- One Non-Executive Director
- One Governor
- One staffside rep
- One clinical staff member
- One non-clinical staff member
