An individual who has made a significant difference over the course of a career. They have demonstrated outstanding dedication and a continued desire to go above and beyond. They are a shining example of all that is good about CCC and the NHS and have continued striving to deliver the very best throughout their career.

The judges will be looking for evidence of:

  • Long track record of making an impact. This could be through any of the following:
  • service improvement
  • supporting and caring for patients, relatives and/or carers
  • supporting/mentoring colleagues
  • taking on additional roles or responsibilities, whether in CCC or on a regional/national level
  • Longstanding and continued commitment to the NHS and public sector values
  • Considerable contribution to CCC over many years
  • Living the Trust values: a true ambassador for CCC
