Are you joining us?
It's not too late if you haven't already registered!
Our registration tent will be open at 9.30am on Sunday followed by the pooch parade at 10.30am.
The walk will begin, led by our wonderful friend Herbert Howe at 11.00am.
The met office says the sun will be shining, so slap on some Factor 50 and come down for a day at the beach with a difference.
FREE STUFF AND PRIZES!
Don’t forget you can still fundraise after the walk and be in with a chance to win £250 Liverpool One vouchers... AND Gusto Heswall are offering a 10% discount to all walkers on Sunday 17 April. All you need to do is show them your walker’s medal!
The Wig Walk
A 5k or 8k walk along Crosby promenade and back along the beach, taking in Antony Gormley's famous iron men.
Our coastal beach walk, formerly known as Beside the Seaside Walk, returns with a twist. This year, we're asking our walkers to don a wig to support our patients.
We'll have live music and our ever popular pooch parade will be returning - a chance to show off your furry friend, with a prize for the best turned out dog. So there's no excuse to leave any of your family and friends at home, especially the four legged ones!
As you head towards the finish line, there'll be a chance to stop and grab a bucket and spade, and add a message of hope to your sandcastle.
Adults and children 10 and over £5
Children under 10 go free!
